PINNACLE is Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) accredited and Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) licensed. A PINNACLE inspector conducts inspections for homogeneous areas suspected as possible Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) within and around the facility where activities have the potential of disturbing ACM. Facility inspections include the following:

    • A walk-through of the facility to identify the homogeneous areas that must be sampled for the presence of asbestos containing building materials.
    • Sample collection and submittal to a state licensed laboratory for testing.
  • Review of the laboratory-provided results of the sample testing.
